"Perfect for two persons. Well equipped kitchen. Elevator for luggage. Assigned parking for a car rental. Large pool area with great view. Very secure/gated complex.Hostess was away, but her recommended cabbie was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and helped get us inside/orientated as there are two different lock boxes for the gate key and the room keys.Closely located to the airport/ferry terminal for ease of making travel connections.Room matrched VRBO listing images."

"I booked a ground floor room, with kitchen. Such a good choice, we bought food from Carrefour and eat it during our week long stay. The huge window view from the garden was to die for. Clean big room, with AC, free parking, good pool. I will come back to this hotel!"

"The hotel itself is very nice, but getting there is somewhat harrowing. The entry is a crazy, almost straight down drop! Kind of scary, but not nearly as frightening as getting back out. Fortunately the street at the entry is not busy. After not driving a manual transmission for several years, I stalled it out once! If you aren't going in and out a lot (or not driving yourself), it is a wonderful affordable place."

"The photos on the web site make these rooms look a tad bigger than what they are. These would be great for a student or a traveler with not too much luggage. We of course had two weeks worth of luggage (gotta bring snorkel gear, booze, etc), and after an 8 hour flight my wife was not having it. Staff was great in setting us up with an available hotel room (for a bit more money of course) which was very nice. Our room had a small kitchen area with a stove! If you are going to spend a little time in Papeete and want to do some of your own meals, a room like this would be great. If you need a one-nighter like we did, the ferry dock is across the street. I have to add that breakfast downstairs was super as well."

"Very nice hotel. They have a Tahitian Dance show at breakfast twice a week (?). Saturday for sure. Very nice show. My favorite thing was the lagoon … you can go snorkeling in the lagoon there. But if you don’t want to get in the water, you can see the beautiful fish very clearly just standing/sitting beside the lagoon. Water is crystal clear here. I loved it so much."

"The Hilton Hotel Tahiti is a fantastic place to stay for several nights at least. We stayed here to wind down after a cruise and were delighted with our choice of hotel. The pool is amazing and there are several great restaurants onsite. Live Polynesian music and dance was a delightful bonus whilst sipping cocktails by sunset. Room was lush, king bed and great rain shower. It was the extra luxury details that made our stay so memorable. We will be back in a heartbeat."

"The beach front bungalow was beautiful, quiet and so handy to the beach. Unfortunately the snorkeling gear is unfit for purpose, both sets leaked and snorkel itself needs to be thrown out. Buffet dinner was terrible and definitely not worth the cost . I’d recommend going elsewhere. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent. Note happy hour 1/2 Price drinks ( still expensive) only pertain to cocktail list supplied. No other beverages are included. I would recommend staying here for bungalow and breakfast alone."

"This hotel was a great choice for a basic stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The onsite restaurant was excellent and made it very convenient to grab a good meal without leaving the property. I also appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating area, which was a nice place to relax while waiting for my room to be ready."
