「Beautiful backyard and pool that was private. Ample seating inside and out and the bedrooms were well equiped. The area has multiple cute main streets nearby and grocery and gas close enough for the forgotten ingredients. Communication was fast and easy with the host. 」

「We had a large group and this place could not have been more perfect, we had a blast. It is enormous there were 15 bedrooms total, including some bunk rooms and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is amazing and warm, the pool room is enormous. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We will hopefully return sooner than later, it was a great winter stay and I'm sure it's amazing in the summer too. 」

「The property and house matched the photos and descriptions. Being on the cove was especially nice. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the shampoos and soaps in all the bathrooms including the wonderful outdoor shower. Property manager was very helpful and everyone enjoyed the kayaks. The house was spotless and smelled so clean when we entered. So grateful for our time. 」

The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Nice outside area as well. Communication with Denise, the property owner, was super easy and she was very helpful. 「The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.」

「Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
