“The property was a beautiful. Cypress tree driveway, excellent pool, very nicely finished clean rooms & bathroom. The chef was on the whole very good. Located within 10km of Matera but in a quiet rural setting. The staff. Anna who served breakfast & checkout was excellent. The rest of the staff are either poorly managed and demoralised or should not be in a hospitality role. Checkin person was rude and didn’t make you feel welcome. Couldn’t really be bothered. The waiters I think must work on……

“Breakfast was poor: one egg, bread with butter, croissant. Coffee - only espresso. Or not good tea. We asked for 2 eggs for each, got it without objection. ”
