「Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. 」

「This was the 4th time we have rented this house. The house, location and surroundings are as beautiful this time as the 3 previous times we have stayed. There are Eagles and dolphins every day. We fished and caught a skate, a little shark, a couple of small fish and several pesky Blue Crabs. The location is remote but not far from shopping and activities.
