「We rented it for the pool. The pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed it after a day on the beach. Very spacious home, great floor plan. Every room has a door that leads outside to the pool. Three full baths. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of shopping and food a short drive away. Whitecap Beach is an easy 20 minute drive away. House is great for friends and families. Worth the rent.」

「The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty 」

「My family and I had a scary incident. Be sure, be sure to lock your door behind you every time. Even if just to go change clothes out of dryer. We had an intruder follow my son back into our room from the clothes dryer. We had to call 911. He was intoxicated and insisted we were in his room. I could see how it happened. All three buildings are identical and the units are in the same layout. The accommodation was great, the experience was traumatic.」
