“My kids where attending the beach soccer fest and it’s was easy to get there and back. The place is nice and quiet. We enjoyed it very much. We would be going back again.”

“Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams”

“Comfortable stay”

“The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.”

“It was a nice stay with everything we need and some more. We like the location because we want to explore and see the surroundings.”
