“The amenities were poorly maintained and not well cleaned. There was a broken toilet seat and we could not use it, broken shower tray and mould, cobwebs everwhere. We had no extra bedding for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed. There was a horrible smell in one bedroom and bathroom so we don't believe they have been fully cleaned. We tried numerous times to speak to the host to get this solved but no effort was made and our calls were ignored. Vrbo customer service were helpless and only said……

“I had to fix the boiler twice in my three night stay, which was made more difficult by the host not having ensured the thermostat had enough battery power.I also had to find the electrical consumer unit and switch a RCDNot every guest will be willing or able to do this, and if the case was that they are not well then the host would have been calling out tradesmen and /or having to class the property as not usable mid-let.This would have incurred some expense but I have not received more than an……

Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!”
