"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"Convenient to station and local dining and shopping. An excellent base for my needs in the Kashiwa and Matsudo areas, with occasional trips to Tokyo. It is clean and well maintained, but fairly basic w.r.t. amenities, but that was fine with me. I have stayed here previously and anticipated doing so again."

"Super convenient. But don’t count on Google Maps to get you to the front door, it sends you to a weird other location. You need to go to the correct station exit, and the door is around the corner from there. Try the Mexican restaurant across the street!"
