A perfect stay for an unforgettable birthday

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped. We really appreciated being able to choose our own yukata upon arrival — such a lovely traditional touch. The private onsen in the room was a dream, and the public onsen was large and included a very relaxing jacuzzi. From start to finish, this was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. 道後温泉の商店街も徒歩圏内で立地も最高。 旅館全体も清潔感がありスタッフも丁寧でとても良い旅館です。部屋食も良かったです。 一つ言うなら、部屋の露天風呂はお湯が入っておらず、自分で溜める。掛け流しでは無く、温泉感があまり感じられなかった。

Great hospitality!!

The staff and their service was excellent!! The room was spacious and beautiful Japanese style including the private hot spa. Both their dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious!! They treated us like a king and a queen! Very well trained and friendly staff. I’d like to stay there again.
