It was truly an unforgettable experience staying there. Our host was like a cherry on top of the whole experience. Even though we could only communicate in broken Japanese, he prepared English instructions for us so communication was not a problem. "Very well-located hotel opposite the Okaido tram station, and adjacent to covered shopping arcade full of restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to Matsuyama castle ropeway. Room was very clean, spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."
