「They staff member at check-in was great. Our shower was dirty and lights in hall didn’t work. Only had two coffee pods they only service every other day so no cups. They person at the breakfast was so busy on they phone never wiped the table check trash refilled food until someone asked friendly but too busy on phone. Someone tracked in mud it took over 8 hours before anyone cleaned up. The water in the lobby was always empty. The gentleman at food today our check day was amazing. Cleaned...

「Room was very clean. Staff was super helpful, pool was beautiful and hot tub was so relaxing. My only complaint was that the laundry room is hidden on the second floor and requires quarters but has no change machine. All other hotels I’ve been to, you could pay with your phone for laundry. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay, however, we did experience some issues during the check in. They were unable to find my reservation, which resulted in me having to contact two Expedia representatives. In the end, it was resolved, but it was frustrating and if I’m being honest, embarrassing.」

When I got to the room, the toilet was overflowing, and staff handed me a plunger and had me clean up the water myself, which was very unprofessional.
