「I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. 」

「Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.」
