「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

Das gesamte Personal war immer herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Buffet bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde noch alles liebevoll aufgefüllt.
