Beautiful home in Matulji with WiFi

In the small village of Matulji, not far from Opatija, this beautiful and modern holiday home with external staircase is ideal for a holiday. On the ground floor there is a smaller flat with its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, while there is also a spacious living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. This makes the house ideal for two families or friends who want to spend their holidays together but still retain their own living and sleeping areas. There is a lovely barbecue terrace on the property, which is perfect for socialising, as well as a pool, which is ideal for a pleasant refreshment on hot summer days. Next to the house there is an olive grove with a meadow where your children can play carefree. Opatija itself offers a wealth of entertainment options both in the summer months and throughout the year. Don't miss out on the rich gastronomic and oenological offer in a number of great restaurants. Do you love active recreation in nature? We recommend the Uka Nature Park with its numerous forest and cycling trails.
