「Brought our pups who barked 2x when my daughter knocked on the door and someone called about it. But then the person above us was running all over the room sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling till midnight for two nights and up at 7am running and walking hard. Could hear everything. Staff was great. Found a flea in our room as we were checking out and the pull out couch bed had plastic wrap on it and every time my daughter moved it sounded like she was rolling on a trash bag so loud...

「very dirty room ive stayed there before but the cleanliness breakfast and the hotel itself this stay was not good」

「The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.」

「Rooms needed updated for handicap excess, electrical (should not see a power cord from a receptacle to an appliance) .」

「Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd.」
