“This was my first international VRBO and you never know what you are going to get. I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was wonderful- had a little mishap with the code and Paola responded immediately and fixed it right away. House was quiet, clean and ACs worked well. It was very helpful to have a washer/dryer and full kitchen. There is a nice grocery store a few blocks away. The house provided some dishwasher and washing tablets, coffee, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner. All those……

“Palmas Del Mar was a great location because we wanted a less populated area. There were several restaurants close by which were all very good (Palmanova Plaza). Erika was very responsive when I had questions and the accommodations were perfect for us. Driving in Puerto Rico was a bit scary as were some of the roads. If we ever visited again, I would stay here and would highly recommend this host! ”

“First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. It’s situated across from the ocean however the beach area isn’t the cleanest, lots of sea vegetation and unfortunately trash washed up on the beach across from the house. “This property was very clean and.in great shape. Location was.awesome.with an ocean view. Priced.very well. ”

“The property is everything as advertised. So much so we had planned for a day outing into the rainforest and decided against it because we were so at peace hanging out on the property. We didn’t even bother with the AC. We just opened up all the windows and let the natural air circulate and listen to the sounds of the rainforest. Our host Thomas was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ready with recommendations. Will most definitely be returning to this little slice of Heaven. ”

“It was well-stocked with what you need. It was clean, well-kept. Communication with property management was timely and excellent. The only setback was TV in bedroom kept giving the communication of “no signal at this time. Try later”, even though the TV in living room was working fine. Minor issue. Would definitely stay again.
