“There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. The place overall is very clean, not too quiet but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep. There are local buses and……

“Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! ”

“the staff is really nice, we got big help.just take bus 105 &50 from train terminal than walk few minutes. and the bus 81&51 near hotel can go to famous pointview. It's very convenient. We arrival Lodi at 8, and we are hungry and tired. The staff help us to call to order pizza with no extra charge and no service charge in pizza, it's really nice.”

“隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！”

“Very cute and nice area! Great roof terrace and flexible self check-in. Communication was a bit difficult as I never actually received the check-in information which was promised after filling in the online check-in. We were lucky a friendly cleaning staff member opened the door for us and showed us around after we stood in front of the door for a few minutes and weren't able to reach the provided telephone number. I also had a feeling my messages weren't really read as I kept receiving……

“This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception.”

“First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not……

“I wish I could say this property was great. The house itself was nice and the area was not bad at all. However, as soon as we got to the house we were told by Paolo we had to pay a €150 “city tax” mentioned no where on the listing. Additionally, one morning, one of the workers came in to the apartment without knocking as we were sleeping to “clean”, which was jarring and suspicious as we were a group of young girls in a new country. ”

“Buen lugar para quedarse, más barato que el centro histórico, más grande y cómodo. Metro muy cerca que te lleva al centro histórico en 20 minutos. Supermercado a 2 calles y un lugar donde comprar comida hecha a menos de 2 calles.”

“Everything else was great, but the quilt on the small bed was really bad. It was not breathable at all and very uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I'm looking forward to your improvement. I hope it will be better next time!”

“Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma.”
