「Initially was not pleased with the room that was provided. There seemed to be confusion as to what room/view was booked. Front desk and management did listen to our feedback and changed our accommodation to a room that was in-line with our expectations. Overall a positive experience, and we were thankful for the staff and their willingness to ensure we were happy. 」

「This facility went above and beyond in all aspects. Before customer service was absolutely fantastic responding within 24hrs. Asked for a room near the facilities and they accommodated - I have disabilities. Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. 「Very comfortable stay, we stayed in a superior room. Very spacious with a comfy king bed. Nice bathroom with dove hand wash and toiletrie. Bathroom a little in need of repair due to water ingress on the sink unit, but very clean. Free breakfast was good (big) with fresh filter coffee. Literally only a 2 minute walk to the shops and bars. The only negative is the cats around the pool area which is why I dropped a star. I would stay here again.」

We stayed just before the start of the summer season so the resort’s amenities and facilities weren’t fully operational yet but they did well with what they had.
