「I have to say the rooms, furnishings & cleanliness were nice ....except 2 hot dogs & a gross pizza box were inside the microwave. Out mission in Cleveland was for our daughters heart procedure at Cleveland Clinic. When we were up at 5am, I went to make coffee and the coffee can was empty. ( the coffee was replaced the night before we left but power outage prevented us from making any). We gathered our belongings & headed to stairs. My daughter could not carry/ lift due to post op orders)...
