"I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why I think is why I give it an excellent review."

It was my husband’s birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room overlooking the river.
