"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "I had a wonderful week at this house with my family in September. The house is big and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is in the countryside which is very peaceful and quiet. Our party were all adults but this house is also perfect for families with small children. "your photos must be more than 3 years old... no parasol, the bane awning doesn't work and is ready to fall down. 2 teaspoons, 3 bowls, 4 garden chairs etc... for a rental for 6 people. First day, I cleaned for 4 hours SUPER when you pay for the service. Being allergic to dust in this house was complicated. Pool maintenance, nobody came, no net available... "The property was ideal for us, great enclosed garden for our dog. Kathy was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is quite rustic which is reflected in the price. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone with a dog. Very close to Sarlat which is beautiful . A short walk up the hill brought us to a lovely village and church which was beautiful.Follow the yellow signs in the village for a lovely circular walk back to the property via a bar, shop and cafe."
