Villa Silvana an oasis to relax on the Mediterranean Sea

The Villa has one large living room, one fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one outdoor shower, a parking lot (covered), an outdoor area with garden and solarium. A large patio allows to have lunch or to relax sipping a glass of very tasty local wine outside. You can have a barbecue of local delicious fishes on the yard.
The villa is located 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Tonnarella in a really quite residential area (the access is by a dead-end road). Services (supermarket, newsstand, doctor, grocery, pizzeria and restaurants, etc) are few minutes away. The center of Mazara del Vallo is reachable in 10 minutes by car.
The villa is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, bed linen and towels. It is a perfect solution for families and couples.
The location represents an ideal solution to spend a relaxing time enjoying the seaside and/or a perfect base to visit Mazara del Vallo with its historical buildings and churches dating back to the first millenium . From here you can easily visit the Western Sicily: Palermo, San Vito lo Capo, Selinunte, Segesta, Marsala, Trapani, Erice, Egadi Islands, Agrigento, Palermo, Sciacca can be reached and visited during the day. The villa is 30 minutes driving distance from Trapani Birgi airport and 60 minutes from Palermo airport (shuttle services available)

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans une belle maison , spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec un grand extérieur, dans un environnement calme . A proximité de la plage, des commerces indispensables et à 5 mn de la ville en voiture. Maurizio, le propriétaire est un homme charmant, à l'écoute de tous nos besoins, disponible et surtout réactif. Un grand merci et un grand bravo à lui.
