My wife took ill with a fever and arm infection. The staff were very understanding and tried to contact 24hr medical centre but there was no reply. Didnt need in the end as my wife always takes antibiotics with her. Have stayed twice great value but most of all the staff are always friendly and helpful

Lovely clean rooms, fantastic views from the pool Breakfast terrible, all food cold Ordered a pizza for lunch with friends and the base was lovely however it was topped with chilled left overs from breakfast

Ramada Hotel - September 2023
Another good stay at the Ramada Hotel in the Puerto of Mazzaron, Murcia. Loverly views over the town and sea views. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spotless. One thing is the breakfast, which is not very good, the presentation of food not good or lack of and the continuing having to wait until these are refurbished. Not on this particular stay but also on last three occasions.

Midweek stay at the Cumbre
Stayed at this hotel in June 2023 and returned in Sept 2023. Very good in all respects. Our room was excellent thanks to Daniel. Must say what an improvement from the previous owners who were not bad. Lovely views of the town from the bar areas and sea view rooms. The two ladies at the bar were also very helpful and cheerful.

Breakfast was not of a great standard for the price, I would definitely stay here again but on a room only basis. Poor juice and coffee, Spanish tortilla was dry, and overall disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are lovely, the pool area is fantastic. However, we have never ever, anywhere in the world, stayed in a hotel where the vast majority of staff were so rude and unfriendly. It was so bad, it actually became comical. There were a few exceptions, but if the staff were more friendly and welcoming, this hotel could be excellent.

It is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, originally La Cumbre. Pricewise, it was a better deal than last year when we booked direct and got ripped-off so we used your site this year. Situated above the port, definitely walkable for the fit but if infirm, a car is needed to visit the beach ( may take sometime finding a parking space in the port during July/August!!)Hotel refurbished a couple years ago, very modern with all facilities required.Quiet location althogh size of swimming pool a bit deceptive on web page!! Gardens superbly maintained by Gerry (Wiggins), very clean and staff attentive.. Menu, this year, was not as varied as last year... appears to cater for the more international clientele which didn't suit my Spanish wife!! Was told that it was a top chef but, in my opinion, needs more traditional Spanish dishes... well it is Spain!! Prices were a bit high for drinks etc but I suppose it is what should be expected in a hotel!! Rooms basic but very clean and a couple of problems encountered immediately dealt with. Definitely a hotel for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the port (which, of course you can join in with) but despite the great offers for accommodation, the prices of drinks and food a bit excessive. My wife says "last visit"!!!!

Well the hotel needs a face lift. The room( deluxe w sea view) is quite small. The view is ok but Mazarron is not a very beautiful place. Parking was easy and free. The bar had an happy hour so 50% discount! Not bad!! the outside area is nice but the bar was closed and we were there in June...Overall The whole place needs a bit of looking after. I won't probably be back but that´s not because of the hotel but the town itself.

Overall a really lovely hotel since the modernisation. Couple of points; - need to ensure the shampoo etc is topped up too late when i was on the shower wanting to wash my hair thst it was empty. - happy hour is not happy!! You pay for your first drink then you have to take the receipt back to have exactly the same drink. Thats fine if we knew that we would have bought 2 different cocktails so we could have a different one as i didnt really like the first one. Make a notice to inform people its really that simple. The guy making the cocktails was just angry and not very pleasant but probably sick of people being unhappy and having to explain when its too late.

Lovely hotel with disabled facilities
Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk to the marina although the first 300 metres are down quite a steep hill. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, the disabled room was ideal, the breakfast was nice and varied including cooked items and the restaurant itself was very modern and inviting. It had a lovely small pool with chairs and loungers looking down to the coast. I would imagine e it would get crowded on the height of the season. Overall a very good hotel, we parked In the one disabled bay so it isn’t available the then the hill could present a problem.

Spent a couple of nights with my wife as part of a longer trip visiting my parents near Torreviejja. Left our dauhter with them and had a lovely stay in a luxurious environment. Room was lovely. We booked the deluxe with seaview and king bed. Very comfortable and beautiful views. Grounds and pool lovely. Breakfast ok, not as exciting as I anticipated.

Lovely hotel but housekeeping times strange 4/5pm in the afternoon. Each day we were in our rooms resting at that time having been out all morning /early afternoon. Awoke each day to a knock on the door from housekeeping and we didn’t have our room cleaning during stay.

Such a nice hotel, the only problem we had was that there was no hot water as the boiler had broke down. We had to have cold showers for 5 days. We asked if we get a discount and they offered a free breakfast for one day.

Jewel in the crown that needs a few more diamonds.
Hotel is in the perfect spit with amazing views. Everything is immaculate. Bedrooms are great. However, strange rules for serving foid for a hotel in the day. Nothing from breakfast to 2.30. Then only 1 hour to order from a limited menu. No snack menu. Barstops serving at midnight, again unusual for a hotel.

From La Cumbre to Ramada
The newly refurbished hotel was superb. We last stayed some years ago when it was La Cumbre and we were interested to see the changes. Immensely improved both inside and out. The official rating is 3*, but our friends thought it 4+*. The grounds are lovely with plenty of shady loungers. Pool area is adequate size, with luxurious beds. Staff were efficient, friendly and polite. We ate lunch in the bar area on both days and thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast spread was generous. A couple of small negatives The door to the Deluxe rooms hits the bathroom door on entry. Laborious form filling at check in New reception staff did not know a great deal about the local beaches. Otherwise everything perfect.
