The house is beautiful and the location offers spectacular views, and peace and quiet. Close to excellent fishing, easy drive to Yellowstone and other outdoor activities.
The house is well kept and has outstanding amenities.
Kathy responded quickly when we had questions about the house and was extremely helpful.
We definitely plan on returning !
Kathy did an amazing job finding us the perfect property when this one fell through. Our vacation was perfect and the property she put us in was exactly what we needed for our large group. I will use her every time I go to the Madison Valley.
This place was perfect for our small wedding ceremony. We got married in the backyard, which has beautiful Mountain Views. The large deck overlooks a stream and has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the awesome outdoors. The house was plenty big enough for our family, very open with a nice kitchen. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and the beautiful views off the covered front porch. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
Plenty of room, out of the way but easy access to Ennis (15 min.), huge porch overlooking Meadow Creek, interesting dirt road for long walks along hay meadows and horse pastures. Good sized kitchen, two upstairs bedrooms and two downstairs, nice view of Ennis Lake and the Madison Range. Property manager was on point and friendly.
We had 8 adults in this house and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out.
Views from house are spectacular and you are not right on top of a neighbor.
We used it as a pivot point to get to several Yellowstone excursions, fly fishing in Ennis, and whitewater rafting in Big Sky.
Kathy, the hostess, was quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay.

Very comfortable
Our stay was very comfortable. So much better than staying at a hotel. We loved the views from all directions. We seen a Mama moose with her baby on the hill from the back deck. The ping pong table was also a hit.
This property is incredible. A beautiful home with amazing views. The house is open with a great kitchen and living room. Loved the gas fireplace! Four guys were very comfortable in this home. We’ve done a lot of trips and this home was the best!

Lazy Ass ranch ROCKS!!
A beautiful, fully furnished home. It was everything, and more, that was presented in the online information. Everyone had plenty of space to relax apart, or together. North Meadow creek behind the house, and the mountains beyond were incredible, and so relaxing. Head north or south for little over an hour, and you are in Bozeman or Yellowstone. No one wanted to leave, and we can't wait to come back!
