Walk to lakeside beaches, the McCall Golf Club, or right into town from this delightful townhome. Ponderosa State Park, one of Idaho's premier parks, is less than a mile away. This year-round park covers a thousand-acre peninsula that juts into Payette Lake and has numerous hiking and biking trails many of which are groomed for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter. For alpine skiing enthusiasts, Brundage Mountain Resort is 11 miles away, and Tamarack Resort is 22 miles.

Along with walking access to local entertainment and attractions, you'll also be able to enjoy a variety of on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness facility, racquetball, and tennis/pickleball courts. There's a children's playground next door at Fairway Park and there is a convenient market right around the corner for last-minute odds and ends.

The townhouse makes an ideal home base for any season. In the summer months, enjoy the outdoors on the private patio. Winters can be spent cozied up around the wood stove in the living room. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beachside picnics or snacks for the mountain. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
