"Air conditioning was super loud. Changed rooms, the tv stopped working. Had to go to the front desk for towels room was cleaned without me complaining once. Front desk kept telling me it was checked off so it had to be clean. Housekeeping Manager Jo took care of us on the last day we were there. She was the ONLY helpful person there. You should advise your front desk staff to not roll their eyes at complaints. "
