「We loved this property. Nestled in off the street, it was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to stores and Downtown Rock Hill. The place was clean and adequately equipped. 「Everything was exactly as described (we like that) and our dogs loved it. Close to downtown but not too close. We have a habit of rating our stays based on the quality of the shower pressure and hot water. This one will not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay. 」

「We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. 「The property is quaint and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family. My biggest complaint is the bathroom has no way to recycle the air or window to open because there is no screen in the window. I live in an older home and my remedy to the absent air vent is the modern light/vent combo that, although there's no venting up and out of the house, it cycles the air in the room to eliminate odors and address moisture. They sell them at Menards or home depot. My only other issue,...

「Had a lovely stay, no issues, smooth process overall」

「The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

「We stayed at the Milton House as part of a writer’s retreat—it was perfect! We felt we were in a cocoon, which is what we needed. We enjoyed the screen porch for our meals. We also enjoyed the neighborhood—perfect for our walks, and very close to coffee. The house was convenient to all the places we visited. I would definitely return!」

「Family planned a trip to the Charlotte area to visit the Whitewater Rafting Center. We also wanted a nice place where we could spend some time together as a family central to all of us from different states. The location was great, the house was nice and clean and communication with the management company was quick and easy. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and the views were terrific. The house fully served our purposed for the short trip. Thanks for hosting us!」
