“The room was perfect size for 2 people. It was homey feeling and did not have to pay for parking. It was 20ish minutes from everything we wanted to do. The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. The owner still had laundry down stairs and said he would come in later to get it after we checked in. We waited till he got it to do anything. The door to their house is only lockable……

“Home was nice and clean, plenty of room for everyone. It's a short .5 mile walk to the Metro. The home is not in a great area of town. During daylight hours we had no issues, but we came back after dark and we had people tell us we should not be in the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed watching the rats around the garbage cans. In a big city I'm sure that's a constant problem. Also, the garage door in the back did not work at all. I really wanted to keep my vehicle secured but was unable too.……
