“This is the first time we've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Shawnee. It a great stay. Staff were very helpful. It was convenient and close to our family. We will definitely be back.”

“The breakfast was great and the lady that was managing it all kept the area pristine. Our room was fairly clean (stain by the ac unit) but the bathroom was wanting. There was a huge wad of hair on the shower drain and the crevices were stained or moldy. Also, they only had one pack-n-play and a family had already gotten it. I feel like hotels should have more.”

“Staff was not very friendly, but perhaps this was due to the late hour of our arrival. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year. This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay.”

“There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace. I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am.”

“The only thing wrong with hotel was the stained shower grout. Otherwise, very nice hotel and all the staff were very accommodating.”

“Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it……

“Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool.”
