「Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left」

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. 「The first I checked into had not been cleaned with dirt towels in the floor and the bed was not made up. The second room had musky smell and the key card had to reprogram twice so I could get back into my room. I will not being staying there again. I checked out after one and got changed for the whole reservation.」
