「Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing.」

「This place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more. It was perfect for my husband and me, son and daughter-in-law, and their three children. The foosball table and hot tub were a big hit. Our five year-old granddaughter certainly enjoyed the toys that were provided. The bathrooms were just what we needed. There was lots of storage space. We would definitely recommend it, and come back again.」

「This property is such a gem! It's located in the country but is a short drive to shopping and other services. Wildlife around the property is abundant, as we saw deer, lots of birds, and a family of grey foxes. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfect for small family gatherings. The pool table was super cool and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the kids room. We spent a lot of time on the large deck overlooking the property. The hosts were great! Some of the other guests weren’t so great (loose pit bull, drunk, hogging the outdoor amenities), but that wasn’t Miner’s Camp’s fault.」

Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. 「We stayed at this lovely North Auburn cabin from September 5–7 and had a great experience. The location was ideal — tucked away in the woods for a peaceful retreat, yet still close enough to downtown Sacramento, where we had plans for the weekend. The cabin itself has a cozy, rustic charm with impressive modern updates throughout. Our kids especially loved the upstairs bedroom — they were thrilled with the space and slept great on the super comfortable beds. While the only bathroom is located...

「Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us.
We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money.
Pros: Great location, fair price,...

「Super cozy and spacious lodge, amazing hot tub/jets, quite easy to get to, and phenomenal communication/support (easy 10/10 there)! Grill worked wonderfully for cookouts + kitchen in particular pretty much had everything you would want. For the time being, keep in mind it is two full bedrooms and the couch, but the couch is really comfy (one of my friends insisted on the couch over the bedrooms bc it was that comfy), but that wasn't too much of a problem with our group of 4 :)
Would love to...

「Very cute little cabin! We loved the decor and feel of the place. One thing that surprised us if that this cabin is actually attached to a house where the family lives. When we pulled up we thought maybe we were in the wrong place because the listing doesn’t mention it being attached to the main house. There were multiple trailers or dwelling units (2-3) and other people living on the property so it seems. We thought it was a stand alone cabin. It ended up being fine but definitely something...

「What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time!」
