⸻ Address Jabal Omar is a new hotel, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Even after the drop-off by the Jabal Omar shuttle bus, the hotel is not within the Haram area, and you still have to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach the Masjid. This might be manageable for young people, but it is not convenient for elderly guests who really need to stay much closer. Overall, the hotel feels quite far, the service is not good, and the food is very expensive. If you plan to dine in the hotel or have breakfast there, the prices are too high. Also, there are no nearby restaurants, so you don’t really have other options for food in the area. Sky Musalla is a great place to pray, but it is very small compared to the number of guests staying in Towers 1 and 2. Because of this, the area gets full very quickly, and if you are even 15-20 minutes early before salah start time, it is often closed. This becomes very inconvenient for people who want to pray, especially during busy prayer times. I would strongly suggest pilgrims avoid this hotel and instead book something closer, like near the Clock Tower. Please consider all the pros and cons carefully before booking this hotel.

They seem overly focused on making money. I wouldn’t recommend booking here unless you’re prepared to spend a lot. The hotel service needs lots of improvements. Pilgrimages are paying a lot of money but not getting the proper service. When I first went to my room, there was no shower gel and conditioner filled in the container. Most decent hotels around the world provides toothbrush and toothpaste in the room which this hotel didn’t include the in the room. Long wait for room service. WiFi was really bad, had poor connection all time. Called for room service because I needed a scissor to cut my hair. In Makkah it’s pretty obvious women need to cut hair after umrah which they do when they go back to the hotel. Which they didn’t have. In fact reception lady was pretty rude to me upon asking for it as if I asked for a gun or something. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel overall. There are better options closer to the Kaaba and less hilly easier access and better service.

We stayed at Address Jabal Omar Makkah for 14 days, alhamdulillah, and it was truly a beautiful experience for me and my partner. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and made our stay even more special. A special thank you to the restaurant team. The manager, Suhan Shaikh, and the staff members Mohammed Asif Uddin and Mohammed Sameer were absolutely amazing with us. They really took care of us throughout our stay. My family has a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. They arranged gluten free bread for us and even provided separate spreads like Nutella to avoid any contamination. Every single day we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. We would also like to thank our cleaner, Jahanghir Alam, who did a fantastic job. He was kind, humble, and always ready to help. He kept our room spotless and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Overall, our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and memorable. We are truly grateful for the outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah (do note, it can be an issue for the elderly or any mobility issues as it’s a bit of a walk with stairs or a shuttle bus and again stairs/lifts to get to the haram but great for younger people). May Allah put barakah in all of their work, Ameen.

It started off as a great stay, but on day two, it turned horrible. My room was infested with bed bugs, and they started crawling on our bed at midnight. At that point, I contacted the front desk, waited, and no one came for over 30 minutes. Then, I made my way down, spoke with the receptionist, showed video and pics, and at that point, the manager on duty came out and apologized. He said to return to the room and pack the belongings, and someone will be there to move you to a new room. I went to the room, waited another hour, no one came, and I had to make another trip down to visit the front desk and had to wait further 20 mins for someone to come to my room to move me. This whole ordeal took 2.5 hrs, and I was advised that the manager will provide compensation for the night, but at check-out, no one was aware of it. They said to call later as the manager wasn’t there. It is strange that a 5-star property does not have a manager on duty. I left as I had to catch a flight. I have a case open with Expedia and am awaiting a contact from the manager, but I am extremely disappointed and will be using all media coverage to provide awareness as this is a completely horrible experience and customer service.

Clean room with an amazing view! Everything was perfect, and all the staff members were courteous and kind. The hotel is only about a 7–10 minute walk from the Mataf, so we didn’t need to use the shuttle at all (which is every 5 min 24/24)

Property is amazing and in coming years this would be one of the most tourist spot. Masar's view would be more attractive from the building on 1 side and on the other side Al Haram. Looking forward to come back soon.

不满意：服务设施
The room was neglected, had to press the clean up button for over 3 days before someone came to clean it. Staff were not very helpful and the hotel itself is not as close to the haram as it says it is. I wouldn’t recommend this, it looks big and prestigious but it’s not convenient at all.
