Historic & Family Owned
The Huffman House has been in our family for three generations, dating back to when my Grandpa bought the house from the Root family.
You're not staying in an investment property, this home is our family home and has been for over 50 years. We want to share the wonderful amenities and character of the 3000+sqft home with you while we are away. Located right next to Root candles and the square & with an Office, Laundry room, Coffee bar and Private balcony...welcome home and to historic Medina!
You have access to the whole house. Each room has it's own unique flare and amenities. The master has a small walk in closet and private half bath. The "Blue room" has beautiful vintage furniture and a large closet full of children's toys. The "Green room" has a queen size bed and a modern flare. The "Yellow room" is geared towards the traveler with a simple grace with a private balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or book. Downstairs enjoy a private office space, reading lounge, large family dining room, quaint breakfast nook, large kitchen, front patio and sunroom/laundry room .

Home was clean and comfortable. Had all amenities we needed. Well maintained historic home. Heating system kept bedrooms quire cozy. The kitchen was chilly, but had all we needed for fixing meals.Would definitely stay again.

The place was PERFECT for our family gathering. The house was decorated all cute for Christmas. We made unforgettable family memories laughing and all being together in the gorgeous space that was the unique old farmhouse. And we could have spent ALL DAY in Off the Wagon in Medina - toys, games, hilarious gifts…So so so much fun!!!!!!

Superb summer house
This charming older home was perfect for my family of 7. We needed a last minute spot and couldn’t be any happier with our choice. The rooms are cozy and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. The added bonus of a toy room for my 5 year old nephew was perfect. I would re-book in a heartbeat.

Girls get together
It was a perfect place for us to catch up and enjoy some shopping and good food in Medina square. We needed the host for a quick fix on the oven and she came right over. We would recommend this place. Thank you for helping us have memories!!

Nostalgic and Comfortable
The house was just as described and perfect for our large family. The host was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed the historic nature of the house and very much appreciated the little perks like toys and books for our kids. The location is awesome. The house is so close to restaurants and stores as well as fun things to do. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Ohio.

Work Trip Gem
This place was perfect for me and several coworkers on a work trip. Everyone was comfortable with enough beds. Getting ready in the morning was a breeze with mirrors in all the rooms and enough bathrooms. Communication with our house was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on our next work trip!

Great home for a large family stay
The home was great for hosting out-of-state family. Two beds are actual doubles vs. queens and sofa can only sleep one as it is not a pullout sofa. So occupancy is 9. Loved the character of this old home. Outside is a bit unkept, but inside is beautiful.
We had a deer and two fawns in the backyard in the middle of town!

Eclipse visit
We went to Medina for the total eclipse. This property worked well for the 6 of us. Just enough beds and space. The girls loved the hoverboard.
