「Many of the attractions(different restaraunts, roof tops, pools) were not open due to winter season and are only open during busy summer season. Staff was very friendly and amenities are first class」

「Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule.
Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean.

「The hotel was clean, staff very nice, room comfortable and clean and quiet. But it's in an area that's not very convenient, very industrial. Few restaurants and stores nearby. The worst part about it was the spa in the hotel was not very clean, filled with cigarette smoke and very "shady".
I've been to many spas in Turkey, and this is not a good one. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel with a good room in an inconvenient area, this is your place. 」
