"Excellent rooms, nice and modern! The breakfast was good and the bar area was lovely. Great drinks and free little snacks with them. Nice to go out for the day and come back in the afternoon for a drink at the bar and we sat outside when it was nice and warm. Staff was helpful and friendly and overall the hotel was very good"

"Great clean quite"

"The room itself was clean, the bathroom was large and clean as well. But the door and the corridor walls were dirty and created a poor impression overall. The water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the toilet doesn’t flush very well. Maintenance is poor overall. If you pull the knob of the closet door it will come off in your hands. Noise is a problem as well. Because the hotel is next to a busy street you hear the sirens of emergency vehicles every 20 minutes. The thermostat worked well, unlike some other hotels we stayed in, the room does get cold if we turn the thermostat down. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. Definitely not worth the price given the poor maintenance."

"The location of this hotel was excellent as there were cafes, pubs, stores, and wonderful architecture very close-by, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant."

"The location and staff were excellent. Property is older and a bit tired looking but the excellent customer service made up for what it lacked in amenities."

"Family friendly resort with plenty to do for children. Entertainment every evening for both adults and children. The quality of food was excellent but could definitely have more variety. It felt very repetitive after the first couple of days. Non-alcoholic drinks could be better. There were four mocktail choices available and they all tasted very similar. The onsite shops were extremely expensive, particularly for beach toys and beachwear so definitely take your own. We had some issues that we feel did not get addressed properly. On arrival, the bedsheets had stains so requested these to be change which to be fair the staff addressed immediately. It was just a bit annoying as we arrived very late evening so having to hold off putting kids to bed because of dirty bedding was annoying. AC throughout our stay was very poor, excluding the last 2 nights of a 7 night stay. It basically didn’t work so blowing hot air all night long meant we struggled to sleep. The hotels reasoning was they need to request additional surge power to be able to increase the functionality of AC, which can take up to three day to arrange. Frustrating that a 5* resort would not just have the appropriate resources in place ahead of time. We also had to request missing items several times because the cleaning staff forgot to after attending our room i.e. towels, soap etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felts more like a 4.5* experience. "

"What an incredible stay… the hotel staff and all the members were just amazing. Location fantastic and our room was amazing.. dining was exceptional, we didn’t have to leave the resort. We will definitely go back.."
