「The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!! The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~ Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!」

So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.」

「Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey.」
