"Room smelled like 13 cats sitting in 1 litter box for six months, smoking 8 packs a day! Smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag. Showed MOD. She said she would give us our money back. We followed up with the GM on Monday and realized he was the same employee arguing with a guest and making threats. ..."
