Oasis Incredible River Front/Ocean Retreat

Total renovation of Lower unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset.

This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including two smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, yard games, and a private dock to soak in all the goodness our Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.

150' boat dock for your pleasure. Boat launch or rental available a couple of miles away. Use of the dock is allowed for your boat (no charge) and use of covered slip with lift is charged at an additional $100 per day.

RATE CHANGE STARTING IN 2025 - Property will be closed from August 1 2024 - September 30 2025 for upgrades. We are adding a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. This amazing property and location is be the best kept secret in Melbourne beach for those who find it! Reserve now and stand by for updated pictures. Please feel free to email with any questions. Relax & Recharge

Had a great stay at this property with our family of four! Pull out couch worked great for the kids and property was very well cleaned and maintained. This is a one of a kind location. House is backed up to the Indian River Lagoon and the walk across A1A and onto the beach can't be more than 50 yards. Might as well be a private beach. The entire area was very quiet and relaxing. We had the beach completely to ourselves and rarely saw anybody else. There are two rental units on this property so it would be a great fit for a larger family or two families that wanted a greater amount of privacy. Not many restaurants around the area so come prepared because you won't want to leave once you get settled down!

Quiet spot

Very quiet and peaceful. No one on beach! If you like lots to do Melbourne Beach isn’t for you but it was perfect for us. Only complaint, no extra trash bags for the kitchen.

Great stay. Had a ball and my son drove down from NJ to surprise his mother. Had a lot of fun fishing out of kayaks with my son. The only thing we didn’t know was that you couldn’t go to the beach across A1A because there was an 9’ cliff you had to climb down and back up. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.
