Great communication and location but not very clean

We arrived at the apartment and immediately noticed how dirty it was - kitchen floor was sticky, rooms not vacuumed with stuff under the beds, stained couch, handprints on every cupboard and wall and lipstick on the window. We notified the host and they immediately replied and said they would send over a cleaner who came the next day but still did a very average job. However the view is spectacular and the location was very convenient. Also the host would respond very fast to any of my messages which was very helpful :)
