Very conveniently located on Collins Street across the road from Southern Cross Transport Hub (Rail, Coaches & Airport Shuttle). Wifi, spa, pool & gym. Free Tram Zone. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with fully-equipped kitchen. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
This two bedroom apartment features a lounge with floor to ceiling windows opening onto a balcony stretching the length of the apartment. There is an open plan, marble island bench kitchen with quality appliances.
There are two bedrooms, master with built in robes and dual access to the modern bathroom.
Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom: (1) Double size bed Second Bedroom: (2) Single size beds Double sofa bed in living area.
The entire apartment and all Melbourne has to offer!

CAR PARK BOOKING There is one space available and a Reservation is necessary at time of booking - Do let us know at the time of booking of your car bay requirement - Car Parking is on a 1st in 1st serve basis and subject to availability and may not be available if booked at an later date.
CHECK OUT Check out is at/before 11am. Instruction will be provided prior to check-out. This Apartment is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival. See Rental Agreement for Full Term & Conditions.
