No continental breakfast, tiny room with uncomfortable couch and chairs, bed was okay. The tiny, deck was filthy with view of garbage dumpsters and garbage. TV only had 3 channels and had two small pots to cook in, no pans. Asked staff about frying pan and they had nothing to offer. Decent location but was surprised how dirty the neighborhood was. You get what you pay for. I would look elsewhere unless you just need to sleep somewhere. Inside was clean.

The room we were first given was so small and looked nothing like the pictures online for the room that we booked. They did move us when we said something and they were very good about it too their credit. Location was good but the place looks like it needs alot of work.

This hotel is very convenient to public transport with a Swanston street tram stop virtually out the front door. The beds are good, no sag, I'd estimate reasonably new. The room had a kitchenette with fridge, cook top & microwave. Toaster & electric kettle. Private bathroom, good water pressure, even temperature (no fluctuations). Air Con (not used), TV, two wardrobes and two desks and a small table & chairs to eat at. Odour free. The only issue I had was hearing the receptionist through the perspex screen at check in.

The tv was in the most inconvenient place we can even watch it from the sofa or bet in the shower it was no curtains or anything to block water to go everywhere no hand towels

Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, comfy beds. Only tricky part was the parking - we were unable to gain access and ended up parking elsewhere. Otherwise, great location and fast check-out process - thank you :)

The property that we had was nothing like the pictures that we saw. The room smelled like fresh paint and the bathroom shower screen was not working so water was leaking out from the shower. The carpets looked a little bit dirty and worn. The lifts had issues. Overall, the room was not what I expected.

Checking in was a battle, the room didn’t match the photos. The fire alarm was chirping, spoke to reception and got accused of smoking in the room eventually got it sorted and then had to change the battery in the smoke alarm myself. The wait at the lift was at least 10 minutes each trip

Pokey hole in the wall, not clean, tv didn’t work (not smart tvs) WiFi didn’t work, had to hotspot our phones which was really hard to get service. The reception staff left my takeaway sitting on a coffee table in reception. Parking ok if you don’t own a 4WD! After checkout, left two coats in the cupboard. (No fault of the hotel) They are NOT ABLE to post out, so had to drive three hours back from Gippsland to pick them up. Very ordinary stay.

So the only 2 positive things I would say was the check in was smooth and they delivered another pillow after a request. Then it stopped. This accommodation is absolutely nothing like the pictures. I was supposed to be in a deluxe family apartment. There was nothing deluxe at all. Everything is old, dirty and run down. I get buildings get old but maintenance is a must. To me a backpackers hostel would be flash compared to this place. My next door neighbor knocked on our door complaining that we were knocking on the wall and his door. He blamed my children. They are 18 and 15. Who I can tell you would have no interest in doing anything like that. We also had only just checked in. We spent 2 nights but never again. Sorry give it a miss.
