Bayorama - Water views & close to Shops and Bay Beach

Unbeatable location with bay views. Relaxed beachside accommodation with kitchen/dining/living areas in the treetops to capture the beautiful north facing outlook towards Sorrento and Port Phillip Bay. All 4 bedrooms and a second lounge area are on the ground level. The master bedroom has an ensuite and is in a separate wing from the other 3 bedrooms. A second bathroom is also on the ground floor, powder room on the first floor and a bathtub with hot and cold hand shower is outside.

Entertain in style
A large welcoming dining table seats 8 adults comfortably. Guests will notice the view on arrival but it is the passing of ships on the channel and regattas at Blairgowrie yacht club that people really enjoy during their stay. The recently updated BBQ, large kitchen, entertaining deck with modern outdoor furniture are all on the upper level making entertaining easy.

Stay Comfortable
Climate is controlled with reverse cycle AC/Heating in the main living area. Master bedroom has AC and other bedrooms have fans. The lounge has 65" Smart TV and generous couches. The 2nd living area also has a TV and the Master Bedroom has a Smart TV.

Natural Environment
The house has extensive north facing decks and is set in well maintained gardens which feature lawn areas and indigenous Moonah and Ti Trees.

Please note:
1) Rates exclude linen. Guests may choose to bring their own sheets and towels, or have it provided for an additional $30 pp per stay on request.
2) Strictly no Schoolies bookings accepted. We unfortunately do not have the security processes in place to ensure a suitable environment for large groups of young people.
