Please be aware that this is a holiday beach house, It is acceptable to see some sand and some cobwebs in and around the houses in this area as this is normal for the Mornington Peninsula area. Also being across the road from the beach, and the house being occasionally occupied by guests, the windows will occasionally have some sea spray and cobwebs on them.
