Right on the beach with easy access, close enough to go out for the nightlife of Frankston area either walking or driving. Close to shopping areas and the main highway to get through to surrounding areas yet far enough away so you could not hear the traffic. Great stay.

Fantastic historical beachfront property that is close to shops, quiet location and great for my family. I'd love to find out Bronte's origins and the origins of Frankston. What a wonderful little part of Melbourne.

Very quaint period bungalow. Very close to all amenities and the venue we were attending. Hope it will be available when we next attend a weekend venue in the area. Have raved about it to our friends.

Old cosy

The house is on a lean and only the paint is holding it together. Dont leave food uncovered in the back entrance or kitchen area the ants will invade. The front bedroom mattress belongs in the 19th century.However the owners went the norm to above to supply kitchen utensils.I'm surprised it has passed a building inspection the outdoor shower just runs under the house and the foundations have been undermined

I think the property manager could clean it up a bit the bathroom the kitchen the oven

We stay there as my partner has to work every day and so he can walk to work it saves him driving one and e half hours each way

Great accommodation in a Fantastic location

It had everything possible that we would need, available in the house. What we needed to bring to the house was clearly spelled out in the advertising of the property (linen etc.) Location of the property right on the beach and also within close proximity to anything we needed. Would certainly be looking to stay there again in the near future.
