This nice and neat two bedroom unit locates at Melbourne's Eastern suburb and only 400 meters to Ringwood East station. You can walk 5 minutes to Ringwood East station and enjoy local area dining or daily shopping at IGA supermarket. Alternatively, you can drive 3 minutes to modern Eastland Shopping centre.

Close to Dangdenong Mountain, Croydon, a 50 minutes drive to Mornington Peninsula or an 1.5 hours drive to Phillip Island.

The unit has a spacious lounge and a modern kitchen. It has two bedrooms, a front yard, backyard and a undercover car port. Bathroom has a tub and shower and a separate room for toilet.

Bedroom setup:
1 bedroom with a queen size bed
1 bedroom with one king single bed and one single trundle bed.

Everything you need for a unique stay is included:

Comfortable, plesant place to stay. Did an excellent job of being warm and cozy. As usual when we left things were up weirdly high so knives and cleaning products werent at 2yo level The blinds need some fixing as they were broken before we arrived. The road closure (in september sometime) at the dublin road level crossing will make car transport a bit interesting.

It had everything we wanted / needed and the Owner responded very promptly to a concern we had which was fixed and matter resolved. Clean and tidy, can definitely recommend this property if you need to be in this area.

Great spot in Ringwood East

Great location - close to train station, easy walk to grocery and other stores and also near a lovely park with lots of birds. Neighbourhood has a couple of little free libraries where you can drop off a book and pick up something new to read... handy for those train trips downtown. Host is fantastic - responds rapidly to any concerns, was quick to refresh supplies like toilet paper. Unit was equipped with power adaptors which was nice as not everything could be charged via usb ports. Kitchen had everything I needed, and when it didn't the host provided another knife and baking dish. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because some of the items in the kitchen were not cleaned very well and needed to be washed again before use. I was sad to leave..

Convenient Location

Property is located within walking distance to Ringwood East shops and Ringwood Lake. The host was very prompt with communication and answering queries, and she was friendly and informative. There is not a lot of crockery or cooking utentils, but we managed with what was available. Bathroom has a bath and shower which was great with 2 small kids, and the area was quiet and safe.
