Voted the coolest street in the world by TimeOut in 2021, enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place situated on iconic Smith Street, Collingwood where you will be surrounded by an abundance of eateries from pubs to cafes to fine dining. Shopping is at your fingers tips with a supermarket located downstairs and unique shopping including Op/Thrift shopping. This apartment is a hop skip and a jump from the city and sporting & event arenas with a tram stop at your door step. Many parks and child friendly activities such as the aquarium, the zoo and museums.

Secure building and parking available on site via an access fob. This apartment will meet all of your needs and more. Equipped kitchen, extra amenities such as soap and shampoo, and central heating and air conditioning. Come experience the vibrant surroundings and convenience of all that this city can offer. Quiet times must be adhered to especially on the balcony due to the surroundings of other residents. This is from 11pm to 7am and no parties allowed.

The property is high quality and in a great location. The host Rita is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. One teenager, a child and mysslf travelled from NSW and were able to walk to the MCG and enjoy local restaurants on the doorstep. We'll definitely stay here again!

Rita's place was exceptional. In this day and age it is rare to be made feel so welcome and at home. From the moment i booked, Rita was communicative, thoughtful and attentive. on arrival, I was met downstairs, given a tour of the property and nearby facilities and there was a welcome package left to make the stay thoroughly enjoyable. The unit itself was exactly what I needed: comfortable, cozy, and equipped with all the thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. It was clear that Rita put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I will definately be a return guest in the future :)
