Historic former Nuns Cottage. Recently renovated. Pet friendly with fully enclosed yard and parking for 3 cars.
3 full sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full Laundry. Sleeps 7.
WIFI, and all rooms heated and cooled including inside wood heater and outdoor fire pit. All wood and kindling provided,
Full kitchen and BBQ provided on large back entertaining deck.
On the flat sunny side of town you can walk everywhere without taking on any of the hills. The yard is flat with just 6 steps to the back door or 1 to the front door.
Basic tea, coffee and milk supplied with the supermarket and alcohol supply is just a 10 minute walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at the cottage. Its position across from the river made for a peaceful setting and an easy stroll into town. The only downsides were that the jets in the bathroom spa weren’t working during our stay, and breakfast provisions were limited to tea, coffee and long-life milk in case you’re expecting bread/eggs/cereal etc. Other than that, the cottage was beautiful.

We had a lovely stay for our sons wedding at Project 3488 which is just a short walk away. It was a very cold weekend but the property has a/c & a wood heater so no problem staying warm. Opposite the yarra river & plenty of walking tracks we will be back again when the weather warms up.

Great place to have a family getaway. House was set up very well. Had everything you would need.Secure yard for our cavvy. Open fire plenty of wood. CJs for great pizza. Riverview restaurant at anytime.Close to redwood forest, la la falls (oh my legs), Buddhist temple, rainforsst lots of things to see.

We had a lovely stay at this property- the peace and tranquility was just what the doctor ordered. The house was very comfortable and the fireplace is amazing. Very well laid out and the location was within walking distance to all shops etc. the only small feedback I would give is that it would be great if the spa bath was fixed so the spa operates, but other than that the house is excellent and we would happily stay again.
