The property is an easy commute to the Melbourne Cricket ground, Rod Laver Arena for the Australian Open, AAMI park and Melbourne CBD.
Buses within a 2-minute walk, train within 5-minute walk will take you to the city or sports precinct in no time.
This luxury home has been designed to respect the industrial loft-style living.
Please note that all bookings will be subject to a review process, which includes the verification of guest identification and payment details before confirmation can be provided.
-The person booking the stay must be part of the group staying in the property.
-Rubbish (bins + fridge leftovers) must be cleared off when leaving the property ( waste container located on the UB level, inside the car park).
- The kitchen must be left as you found it (our cleaner is not paid to wash dishes, clean oven etc) or additional fee may apply.
- A set of key must absolutely be returned to the key safe when checking out. Our cleaner needs the key to get access to the apartment.
- Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10 pm.
We would like to kindly inform our long-term guests (2 weeks +):
All the households essentials will be provided initially in a significant amount, however, if you run out of specific items ( i.e. toilet paper, kitchen towels) at some point during your stay, please note that it will be your responsibility to buy additional items to cover your needs. An IGA supermarket is located within few minutes walk from the apartment.
