Rooms clean, minimal housekeeping though with only pillowcases and towels changed during our stay . Rooms also dark , lighting could be brighter .
Well situated for trams, shopping and food .
The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious, with basic amenities. I loved the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast was great, with a variety of foods. All the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be staying there when I’m visiting Melbourne again.
The room was clean, spacious enough, and the bed was comfy for what I needed, so I was very happy with that. The staff were attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy.
My only gripe was how thin the walls were. You can hear nearly everything from the hallway and the rooms next door—conversations, TVs, doors opening and closing, and even intimate activities late at night—which made it hard to get uninterrupted sleep.
So just be aware of that if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.
Overall, a good stay with one notable downside.
Group stay for a support group for a rare brain disorder. Gathering our volunteer committee from all over Australia for workshopping.
The staff were exceptional. The ideology of the Hotel with their programs to support people are also to be commended.
Our group really enjoyed our stay and the use of the small conference room for our meeting. We will definitely return.
