The keys are located a few doors down. Key collection and drop-off times are to be within these hours: Mon - Fri : 07:00 - 23:00 Sat - Sun : 08:00 - 23:00 If you need to check-in or check-out outside of these hours, prior arrangements will need to be made.

House Rules (in addition to the above):
Rule 1: Respect check-in and check-out times. You can request earlier check-in and later check-out for a fee.
Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a $50/hr fee. Check-outs past noon will result in a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts. This fee does not grant possession of the property for the day.
Rule 2: Please report any damage as it happens
Rule 3: Take care of your keys Locked out? A $50 fee applies for assistance, rising to $150 after 6pm and on weekends. Lost keys and/or access swipes incur a $250 replacement fee.
Rule 4: No unregistered guests Only guests included in the reservation are allowed. Unauthorised guests will incur a $100 fine per person, and your booking may be cancelled without refund.
Rule 5: DO NOT use the fireplace. It is for decoration purposes only. Heavy fines will apply should this occur.
