Min set nights from mid December / January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights public holidays, long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.

THE SPACE
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: sleeping a maximum of 4 guests with one king bed and two single beds. Small wardrobe.
Extra charge of $50 per night for a 3rd and 4th guest which will apply after your booking is secured.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: 1 with vanity, toilet, shower over bath.

ALLOCATED CAR SPACE
One designated car space for Apartment 9.
Street parking is available; however, be sure to check any restrictions or signage in place at the time.

GROUND ENTRY LEVEL
Welcoming private courtyard with table and chairs, enjoy a morning coffee or an aperitif of an evening.
Open plan living area with couch, chairs, coffee table, small dining table and chairs, television & electric wall panel heating. Kitchenette equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, rangehood, kettle, toaster, cooking pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, washing machine & small clothes line in the rear yard. Please note: no dryer.
Bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, toilet. A small, private rear courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening stars. Wi-Fi included. There is no laundry at this motel style accommodation. You may request linen laundering for a small charge if your stay is 7 nights or more A dedicated communal BBQ area for all guests use during your stay is available.

UPSTAIRS
Located at the top of the stairs is a reverse cycle air-conditioner that caters to both floors.
King size bed with 2 bedside tables. 2 x single beds and a central wardrobe.

LINEN
A full bed linen and bathroom linen package is included with every booking that caters for up to 2 guests.
Extra charge of $50 per night for a 3rd and 4th guest which will apply after your booking is secured. BYO beach towels.

PETS
Sorry, no pets permitted in this apartment complex. Service animals are exempt. Registration details are required.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Strictly no schoolie groups, parties, or events allowed. Only mature guests will be considered. Bookings not meeting the minimum requirements may be canceled. Cancellation policy applies. Refer to the booking terms and conditions.
